Pricing

With every event there are endless details to cover.

Special Occasions $125 an hour

2 Hour Minimum

Includes: 

  • First floor access
  • Tables and chairs
  • Layout provided
  • Full set up
  • Full clean up
  • Venue manager on site

Tax will be added at 9.25%


Ceremony Only/ Reception Only

Ceremony Only: $1,000.00

Includes:

  • 4 hours of access time
  • Ceremony Site
  • Both suites
  • Sound System
  • Set up and break down
  • Venue Manager on site

Additional Hour: $125.00 an hour

Tax will be added at 9.25%

Reception Only: $2,500.00

Includes:

  • 6 hours of access time
  • Main reception floor
  • Catering kitchen
  • Bar Access
  • Sound System
  • Set up and Break Down
  • Venue Manager on Site
  • TImeline assistance

Additional Hour: $125.00 an hour

Tax will be added at 9.25%


Wedding Pricing

In Season Wedding (April- November)

Weekday: $3,000.00

Friday or Sunday: $3,500.00

Saturday: $4,000.00

Tax will be added at 9.25%

Out of Season Wedding (December- March)

Weekday: $2,500.00

Friday or Sunday: $3,000.00

Saturday: $3,500.00

Tax will be added at 9.25%

Holiday Weddings

Thanksgiving: $6,500.00

Christmas Eve/ Christmas: $7,500.00

New Years Eve/Day: $7,500.00

Tax will be added at 9.25%

Whats Included for all Wedding Pricing

  • Use of property for 12 hours
  • Day of site coordinator
  • Area’s Include: Main indoor space, 2nd floor lounge, and 3rd floor ceremony site
  • Bridal loft 
  • Grooms room 
  • Catering kitchen w/ ice machine and refrigerator
  • Bar access
  • Sound System
  • Cafe Lighting throughout all spaces
  • 8 up-lights around the space
  • All tables and chairs (60" rounds, 6ft tables, 8ft tables, black folding chairs, and hightop cocktail tables.)
  • Rehearsal within 48 hours of your event
  • Customized layout
  • Day of Timeline
  • Security Guard
